Sailsnakes are a (non Aquatic) animal companion you seem to have missed. Monster Manual 4 page 125. Notably they can only be taken at level 4 or higher but are missing the normal text for reduced effective animal companion level. With flyby attack and a breath weapon they could be quite interesting.

Page 317, Appendix A of the Monster Manual covers at least 90% of the beasts that have been statted for 5e. Although it's not a comprehensive list of the Ranger's animal companion options, it's really not that hard to sort out what you can and can't use. Some of these beasts are also covered starting on page 304, Appendix D, of the PHB.
